Dungeoneering Bug?

So, I had just gotten 99 Dungeoneering yesterday, but everytime I go to buy the cape (or any cape) from the Wise Old Man, it just freezes the whole internet and I have to close it and re-open it. It does this to my friend, also. So.. Wth? Any ideas
