how to fix the error on webclient

Alright, I know a common error that basically ever rsps with a webclient has..  so just a heads up if i happens to u! When ur tryin to play the webclient and it says "error connecting to server.. try again in.. (how ever many seconds) the 1st thing, close all internet browsers then open it back up, if this doesnt work, then click the start button, go to "my computer" find the sections "local disks" and click the "local disk c " in there find the cache for the server, which is call stablexv5 or something like them delete that then try again.
